Keep Track of Your Business Performance with KPI Monitoring
FUTUROOT’s KPI Monitoring allows businesses to track their critical business KPIs. You will get a bird’s eye view of your business performance and identify trends that can help you make informed decisions about your optimisation efforts
Compare, Analyse, Improve Your KPIs
KPI Monitoring displays your company’s KPIs in a graphical format, making it easy for business owners, stakeholders, or process analysts to monitor and track performance over time. You can compare your current KPIs to previous periods such as last month or last quarter
KPI Monitoring tracks a set of pre-defined KPIs that are relevant to your business. Additionally, you have the flexibility to set your own KPIs and monitor them over time.
Filter KPIs Based on 4 Criteria
You can create Watchpoints around any custom KPI available within the process. After choosing a KPI, you can set the Acceptable Values and Threshold Values for that watchpoint. Additionally, you can even “invert” them by clicking on the Inverse Control Value checkbox.
Once created, the watchpoints can be published and saved in the Dashboard. The dashboard allows you to have a real-time view of your KPIs.
You can add multiple tiles to the dashboard, which will show comparative graphs, making it easier for you to compare the current period with the previous one.
